Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We aim to process all refunds with-in 5-7 days of receipt back to Candy Lane HQ.
Depending on who you bank with, your refund will then be automatically be applied back to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 2-4 days of being processed.
You can find all the returns information on the return form inside your parcel. If you have lost this, please just enclose a note with your return including your order number, name and email address so we can locate your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Unfortunately we can no longer offer exchanges here at Candy Lane due to the fast-fashion nature of the business. We recommend the best way of getting the new size/item is to re-purchase and then send back your original item for a refund which will be done on the day it arrives back. We thank you for your understandingly this matter.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
